    Laurel’s plan

Gabby happily informed Jai she is planning to buy his shares, much to his annoyance.

Later on, Gabby sent Jai over an email outlining her proposal. He began quizzing her about where she’d sourced the money from. Eventually, Gabby revealed Laurel is the new investor.

As Jai continued to belittle Laurel, she and Gabby hit back at him, prompting him to eventually back down.

Jai later signed the contract, but then took a suspicious phone call. He informed the caller that the money would be with them tomorrow before saying Laurel doesn’t know what’s coming. We love plotting Jai… oh no, wait, we don’t!

    Belle buried Piper

Later, Tom, Belle, Lydia and Sam proceeded to bury Piper. Belle took the opportunity to reveal what Tom did to Piper at the Welsh cottage, but everyone took Tom’s side, despite Belle’s pleas.

After another showdown with Tom, Belle headed to the police station. She sought advice about being abused and brought up Claire’s Law, in a bid to find out about Tom’s past.

    What will Belle find out?

In the evening, Gabby went to The Woolpack to celebrate her new business venture. She ordered a bottle of Prosecco as she eagerly waited for Vinny to arrive to meet her. While she was alone at the bar, Tom attempted to chat to Gabby.

He complimented her, admitting he finds her attractive, before mocking her romance with Vinny. Unimpressed by Tom’s comments, Gabby brushed him off. Vinny arrived just in time, with Gabby passionately kissing him in front of everyone at the pub.

  • Scott Windsor: his tangled love life and very bad life choices!

Scott Windsor: his tangled love life and very bad life choices!

Scott Windsor is out of prison in Classic Emmerdale, and vowing he’s turned over a new leaf! But is the bad boy of Emmerdale really a reformed character? Hmm…

In the meantime, we thought it was time for a quick recap of Scott Windsor in Emmerdale’s rollercoaster life in the village, his complicated family tree, and his very rocky love life!

The Windsors arrive'<br />LtoR Scott Windsor [Toby Cockrell], Viv Windsor [Deena Payne], Kelly Windsor [Adele Silva], Vic Windsor [Alun Lewis]<br /

    Scott Windsor in Emmerdale

Young Scott Windsor arrived in Emmerdale in 1993, with his family – mum Viv, stepdad Vic, stepsister Kelly, and half-sister Donna.

But bad luck followed and first Scott was traumatised by the plane crash late in 1993, and by the reappearance of his dad Reg. Reg took Viv hostage and was shot by the police.

After that drama, Scott fell in with a bad crowd, and eventually left the village to join the army.

    Return to the village

When Scott came back to Emmerdale in 1998, he fell in love with his stepsister, Kelly.

She was engaged to Roy Glover and even tried to take her own life after the stress of her affair and discovering she was pregnant proved too much.

    Scott, Chloe and Zoe

Scott began dating Chloe Atkinson and they moved in together. But as it turned out, Scott had a one-night stand with Zoe Tate. Zoe had been suffering from schizophrenia at the time and couldn’t remember their liaison. So when she found out she was pregnant, it was surprise!

To everyone’s shock, Scott was accused of rape, because Zoe was a lesbian, but the police dropped the charges. Zoe’s brother, Chris Tate, launched a hate campaign against Scott. He even paid someone to sleep with him and then accuse him of rape.

Zoe managed to get the charges against Scott dropped, on condition he signed away his rights to access to baby Jean.

But after Chris’s death, they decided to make the effort to be co-parents.

    Scott and Dawn

Continuing a trend, Scott fell for his new stepsister, Dawn Woods. She left her husband for him. But after getting into a fight, Scott split up with Dawn, though they later got back together.

    Kidnap!

Meanwhile, Scott was worried about Zoe’s plans to leave for New Zealand with Jean. Things got very nasty and Zoe ended up attacking Scott. She was charged with attempted murder but the case collapsed.

Struggling to cope, Scott kidnapped Zoe, her nephew Joseph and little Jean. Luckily his mum Viv talked him round but Scott was sent to jail – and Zoe went to New Zealand.

    Get out of jail

When Scott was released, he was upset to find Dawn was dating Danny Daggert.

He tried to win Dawn back but she turned him down. So, vengeful Scott reported Dawn for benefit fraud and she was sent to jail. When Dawn was killed shortly after her release, Scott felt guilty.

His last hurrah in the village was a short-lived romance with his teen apprentice Debbie Dingle. They teamed up on Rodney Blackstock and were humiliated when he turned the tables.

Scott Windsor left Emmerdale in 2007.

    Who played Scott Windsor?

Teenager Scott was played by Toby Cockerell when he first came to the village.

After he left and returned, the role was recast and Ben Freeman took the part of Scott Windsor.

Ben’s off-screen life was almost as dramatic as his alter ego’s life in Emmerdale.

His relationship with Amy Nuttall, who played Chloe, put them in the pages of the gossip mags. And in 2007, he was accused of rape. Ben was cleared of the charges but didn’t return to Emmerdale. Instead he concentrated on his musical theatre career

In 2021, he appeared in EastEnders as drug dealer Caleb Malone.

Emmerdale spoilers: The game is up for Will as flashbacks reveal what really happened to Rose

In next week’s Emmerdale spoilers it’s game over for Will when the truth about missing Rose finally outs.

Viewers will discover Rose’s fate through a series of flashbacks. But is she dead or alive? And what part did Will, and Kim, play in it all?

Will looks worried at his phone in Home Farm
It’s clear Will knows something about Rose’s disappearance (Credit: ITV)

Will is harbouring secrets in Emmerdale spoilers

Will has always claimed he has no clue where Rose has disappeared to, but we all know that’s a lie. In fact, he had every reason for wanting rid of his meddling ex-wife.

Rose’s arrival to the village earlier this year turned Will’s life upside down. He hadn’t seen her in years, since she walked out when their daughter, Dawn, was still a toddler. Will slowly began to accept Rose back into his family’s life, but was unaware she had a hidden agenda.

It transpired Rose was in cahoots with Ruby, in a sinister plot to ruin Kim’s life. Part of that plot was to wreck Kim’s marriage, so Ruby ordered Rose to seduce Will. She did as she was told, and after framing Kim for poisoning Dawn, she got her wicked way with Will.

Will was consumed with guilt over the betrayal, but then it all kicked off after Kim rumbled Ruby and Rose’s plan. She and Will took their revenge on Rose, abandoning her by the side of a road in the middle of nowhere.

Later that day, Rose was ‘rescued’ by someone driving a Home Farm vehicle. But there were fears she’d come to serious harm when the contents of her handbag was later seen strewn all over the road.

Could Will have been the person behind the wheel?

The pressure starts to build for Will

Since Rose’s vanishing act, both Will and Kim have suspected one another of foul play. With their marriage close to collapse, Kim fled to Dubai, while Will has been left behind to struggle with his guilt.

This has been made worse by Dawn’s desperation to find her mum. Dawn is fearful something awful has happened and wanted to report Rose as missing to the police. She’s also needs to know if Rose is a match to be a donor for Evan’s bone marrow transplant.

Dawn’s distress has made Will sick with worry, and prompted him to send her a text from Rose’s phone.

Will hoped this would be enough to throw Dawn off the scent. But the pressure is building, and secrets and lies are about to be revealed.

    Rose’s fate is revealed

After weeks of lying to his loved ones, Will is going to be caught out.

A series of flashbacks finally explain what happened to Rose after she was picked up from the roadside.

So was Will the driver? Did he find a way to get rid of Rose for good? And is that why he’s had the face of a guilty man ever since? Or could Kim have killed again and he’s covering up for her?

Emmerdale spoilers: John and Aaron give into passion again

Aaron still wants John in Emmerdale spoilers

It’s not just Aaron’s bromance with Mack that’s got the fans talking. They’re also intrigued by his latest love interest, John Sugden.

The pair first met in a layby, where John was stranded after his campervan had broken down. He recognised Aaron from a dating app and things quickly got intimate. Their roadside romp had echoes of Aaron’s iconic romance with former husband Robert, which too, began with a kiss on a country lane.

Afterwards, Aaron was up for round two, but John didn’t want to know. He drove off, with Aaron’s keys and wallet still inside his van. Aaron never expected to see his conquest again, but fate had other ideas.

That same day, John turned up in the village. But Aaron’s surprise at seeing him again was nothing compared to the horror when he discovered John was a Sugden, and the half-brother of his ex-husband, Robert.

Aaron’s head is in a spin, and he doesn’t quite know whether he likes or loathes the mysterious newcomer.

But when he spies John in the café with a potential date, it’s clear he’s jealous.

John’s playing mind games with Aaron

Since John showed up in Emmerdale it’s been him against Aaron and Mack.

The feud ignited after Aaron and Mack dumped John’s van in a lake, which left him homeless. John got his own back on Aaron by toying with his affections. He went in for a kiss, then took great pleasure in rejecting Aaron.

But the mischievous rivalry seems to have taken a chilling turn after Mack accused John of trying to have him killed. Mack was attacked by a bull at Butlers Farm and accused John of deliberately setting the animal on him.

Aaron and John get it on, again!

With Mack in a bad way after the bull attack, Aaron decides to have it out with John.

He storms over to Butlers and demands to know what his game is. But as their exchange gets more heated, neither are able to ignore the sexual tension.

Soon passion takes over and Aaron and John end up sleeping together. But will Aaron regret getting jiggy with John when he discovers Mack’s condition has turned critical? And what’s next for the lovers? After everything, might Aaron end up with his soulmate’s sibling?

Emmerdale spoilers: Caleb and Jai team up to continue their sabotage of Home James Haulage

In Emmerdale spoilers for next week, Caleb recruits Jai on his mission to take down Home James Haulage.

It’s all part of Caleb’s bigger plan to destroy arch-nemesis Kim Tate. But will Jai prove to be a useful ally? Or has Caleb made a mistake bringing him on board?

Caleb and Jai join forces in Emmerdale spoilers

Things have been quiet on the Caleb front in recent months, but the village villain is back with a vengeance! And he’s reset his sights on former foe, Kim.

Caleb’s vendetta against the lady of the manor goes way back. He blames Kim for the death of his father, Frank, and wants to make her pay. Kim thwarted Caleb’s first attempt to steal her millions, but his desire to destroy her hasn’t gone away.

Most recently, Caleb’s wife Ruby made her own bid to take Kim down. She and Rose conspired together to break up Kim’s marriage to Will, but got caught out!

So far, the Miligans have failed to get the better of Kim. But with Jai on board, Caleb is confident he can topple her from the Home Farm throne.

    Jai shows Caleb who’s boss

In The Woolpack, Caleb and Jai toast to what they hope will be a successful partnership. Chas watches on, intrigued by the pair’s sudden new friendship.

The first phase in Caleb and Jai’s plan of attack is to target Home James Haulage. Caleb recently purchased a plot of land next to Home Farm, where he plans to build a business empire. To do that he needs lorries – of which, Home James have plenty.

Caleb’s scheming has already resulted in Jimmy and business partner Will being hit with a whopping fine. It’s left Home James Haulage teetering on the brink, now Caleb wants to wreck even more havoc.

Caleb decides to bribe their council contact, but tells Jai he needs more money to do so. This immediately gets Jai’s back up and he warns Caleb he won’t be messed with. Given his past behaviour, we’d agree with that.

Will Caleb risk getting on the wrong side of the sinister Sharma?

There’s more bad news for Jimmy and Will

Over at Home James, Will is confused when an HMRC Officer arrives to check the vans for red diesel. We can’t think who tipped them off about that.

Jimmy’s horrified to learn the yard is being investigated. But as Will turns on him about the red diesel he hits back, tired of being attacked.

Will is convinced the business is being sabotaged and has a good idea of who’s doing it. But it seems Will has got the wrong man when he accuses son-in-law Billy of foul play. Oh come on, Will, we thought you were cleverer than this. Clearly not.

Will he realise what Caleb is up to before the business completely collapses? And what further misery do Caleb and co-conspirator Jai have in store?
