In a new Emmerdale spoilers for next week, Tom King turns his manipulation tactics to a different member of his family, as his luck continues to run out.
Viewers have been desperate for Tom to pay for his crimes for months, and the end is finally in sight.
The Emmerdale villain spent his relationship with Belle tormenting her – physically and emotionally.
Recent scenes have shown Tom begin to spiral in front of other people, and after he physically forced Amelia out of the house witnessed by Jimmy and a police officer, his time up?
He tried to escape the country, but Belle was cleverer than him and he got caught and carted off the jail. Amelia and Jimmy have disowned him and are refusing to see him, so Tom really has lost everything.
So when he turns his attention to another vulnerable character, has he found a new way to show his power?
Read below for full Emmerdale spoilers for this storyline.
Angelica King has only just returned to the village, after doing time for causing the death of Heath Hope.
However, she has came back as a slightly different person, as she believes she is evil for what she did.
So when Tom is arrested, she feels she can relate to him. This leads to her making contact with him while he is in prison.
Obviously, Tom sees this as his way of getting things to go his way. It doesn’t take too long before Angelica finds herself reeled in and agreeing with his anti-Belle stance.
Belle also has to pass bad news on to Jimmy and Nicola that Tom has pleaded not guilty – what a shock!
With Angelica the only family member currently on his side, he tries to keep her team Tom.

When he convinces her to try and win Jimmy round again, will she do it? And will Jimmy start believing Tom’s lies once again?

It finally happened. Despite thinking he could run away, Emmerdale’s Tom King was stopped and arrested by DS Foy last night – in what some fans are calling the ‘best episode in a long time’.
Fans have been desperate for Belle to get the justice she deserved. And after Emmerdale released a trailer for this week’s episodes, many hoped it was a sign the end was in sight.
Earlier this week, Belle was given the good news that Tom was charged for his crimes. But knowing her scheming husband, she knew he would be up to something, and that he wasn’t going to go down without a fight.

Released on bail, Tom thought he could continue to manipulate Jimmy into letting him live there, but even his uncle had caught on to the man he really is. And after a long conversation with Belle, Jimmy knew he couldn’t let Tom back in his life.
With everybody turning their back on him, Tom decided he had to flee the village. After giving Amelia false information regarding where he was going, Tom set off.
But the Emmerdale villain couldn’t resist having another attempt at terrorising Belle when he spotted her on the street – and this proved to be his downfall.
Belle acted like she was letting him go, but in reality she slotted her own phone in his belongings, meaning he was now trackable.
Tom was then caught by DS Foy right before he got the chance of escaping, and Emmerdale fans are over the moon with the plot twist.

Fans react to Emmerdale Tom King’s arrest
Viewers took to X (formerly Twitter) to celebrate the ending of the episode.
One fan praised: “So happy Belle finally outsmarted Tom. She’s going to get the outcome she deserves.”
Another wrote: “That was the best episode of Emmerdale in a long time. Congratulations to all involved.”
“This plot twist is amazing. Belle is a legend for confronting Tom and putting her phone in his bag. Really glad everyone has found out how vile he really is,” a third penned.
A viewer expressed how happy they were that their theory was wrong. “I honestly thought he was going to force her into the car, pretend he was going to the police station but really take her somewhere else. I’m so glad it happened the way it did. Such a great twist.”

Emmerdale tonight saw Tom King’s escape plain foiled as Belle and DS Foy brought him down. But is it for good?
Meanwhile, Jimmy and Amelia both realised the error of their ways – about time – and Pollard’s secret was exposed.
Here’s everything that happened in a very eventful Emmerdale on Thursday November 28.

Jimmy saw Tom for what he is
Jimmy was struggling with understanding what had happened and still couldn’t quite believe Tom was guilty. But he soon realised he had to apologise to Belle.
Tom then arrived home and insisted he was prepared to fight Belle to clear his name. Jimmy asked him to just be honest if he wanted them to stay on his side. But of course Tom couldn’t stop lying.
Jimmy finally realised who Tom was and told him to pack his bags. Jimmy then went to see Belle. He apologised and told her he was ashamed of himself for not believing her.
Tom tried again and again and again to get Jimmy back on side, but Jimmy had finally seen the light. He told Tom he ‘disgusts’ him and once again threw him out. So Tom reverted back to his old tactic of pretending he was going to kill himself. But Jimmy saw through it straightaway and insisted it was over.
Tom lost it then and laid into Jimmy about being weak and stupid, he even said his dad Carl had thought the same. Jimmy told him: “You really are a chip off the old block”, referring to Carl King and his many, many crimes, his weakness, his bullying and his abusive nature.

Tom plotted to flee
Meanwhile, Amelia went to visit Tom and wanted answers over him being charged. But Tom wasn’t in any mood to talk and manipulate, he just wanted her gone. Tom then called Ollie and told him it was “time for plan B” – plan B was running away to Saudi Arabia.
Tom then told Amelia he wanted her and Esther to join him in Saudi Arabia once he was settled. Although she agreed, said she believed him and offered to help him get away, something in Amelia’s manner had changed – had she finally seen the light?
Tom stole Kerry’s car so he wouldn’t be tracked and told Amelia he was heading to the airport. She let him leave. But then she went to the Woolpack and told everyone Tom had done a runner.
Cain and Charity raced to stop him, but it turned out he had tricked Amelia to cover his back.

Tom and Belle – the final showdown
As he was driving along, Tom saw Belle walking and couldn’t resist pulling over. He told her she’d never get justice as he was running away – but one day he was coming back to make her pay. As she stood up to him, he couldn’t control himself and aggressively slammed her against the car.
Their confrontation saw Belle take none of his abuse as he tried even more to manipulate her. Belle had all the power as Tom told her: “Someone’s found her voice” – and it’s not before time.
It was Belle who walked away as Tom screamed after her that he loved her. But she just kept on walking. Yes, Belle.

DS Foy to the rescue again in Emmerdale tonight
Meanwhile, Cain and Charity realised Tom had conned everyone. At the same time he was meeting with Ollie who’d got him a fake passport and called him a cab to get him to a ferry.
Tom’s smug smile as he thought he’d got away with it was soon wiped off his face when DS Foy arrived at the ferry port!
It turned out during their confrontation Belle had slipped her phone into his bag. She gave the details to the police who tracked the device and rushed to catch him.
Tom tried to run, he screamed, he fought, he kicked, but there was no escaping justice. At last.

Ella caught Chas and Liam out in Emmerdale tonight
Ella was clearly growing suspicious of Chas and Liam and was making things very uncomfortable for them. She dug for dirt with Mandy and found out Chas isn’t a fan of girl code, making her even more sure of what she thought she knew.
Chas soon told Liam they had to come clean to Ella, but they decided to spend lunchtime having a quickie instead of confronting the situation there and then. And Ella was determined to catch them out.
She burst into Liam’s and confronted him, forcing them to tell her the truth – or rather reveal it in scantily clad clothes. Ella launched into them both for lying and cheating and treating her like “muck”. Not strictly fair, but still. The truth is out now.

Pollard in peril in Emmerdale tonight
Pollard was pulling out all the stops for the engagement party and Leyla was excited. The bash then got underway at the Hide and Eric made a speech, surprising Brenda with a first class round the world cruise for their honeymoon.
As everyone speculated why Eric was suddenly splashing the cash when he has a reputation for being tight, Leyla noticed Pollard was not quite right. She followed him home and he confessed he’d invested everything – his entire savings – in cryptocurrency and his account was empty.
A quick call to the helpline saw Eric’s mood pick up, despite Leyla’s concerns he was being scammed. But later he made a huge gamble when he decided to invest some of Brenda’s cash as well. This will all end in tears, mark our words.

It all came crashing down for Tom King in tonight’s Emmerdale as he was captured while trying to flee the country. The walls were closing in and Tom knew the evidence was against him, so decided to leave – only for Belle and DS Foy to team up and bring him to justice – and hopefully, to jail.
But is this the last we will see of Tom in Emmerdale now he is behind bars? He’s broken his bail, so we can’t see him getting it again any time soon seeing as he is a proven flight risk. So what now – will he just disappear off-screen?
Not likely!

But this time, uncle Jimmy did not believe him. He kicked Tom out and despite Tom attempting several forms of manipulation including framing Belle, emotional blackmail and finally rage, Jimmy stood firm.
So Tom decided to resort to Plan B – escaping the country to Saudi Arabia with the help of his solicitor mate, Ollie. He asked for Amelia’s help in getting away, stole Kerry’s car and confidently drove off.
However he made a huge mistake when he couldn’t help but stop to taunt Belle.

Tom and Belle had a final showdown
He brazenly admitted he was running away and laughed that she would never get justice. But Belle Dingle was too smart to let him manipulate her. As he commented she had “found her voice” she said she’d just “had enough”.
He tried being aggressive, but she still didn’t give in. Eventually she walked away. He shouted he loved her, but she didn’t turn back.
Tom then got himself a fake passport, headed to the ferry terminal and waited to board a vessel to Rotterdam. However what he didn’t know was that during their confrontation Belle had slipped her phone into his bag. She gave the details to the police who tracked the device and rushed to catch him.
Tom’s smug smile as he thought he’d got away with it was soon wiped off his face when DS Foy arrived at the ferry port!
Tom tried to run, he screamed, he fought, he kicked, but there was no escaping justice and he was arrested for breaking his bail and carted away.

Has Tom left Emmerdale for good?
Well, the short answer is no. But don’t worry, we don’t have to wait too long for the final chapter of this story.
And with the special episode, the stage will be set for Belle’s harrowing storyline to reach its conclusion.
“When we first embarked on this journey we knew we wanted to show domestic abuse, coercive control and manipulation in all its guises,” said Emmerdale Producer Laura Shaw.
“We knew from the outset that Belle would need some sort of closure on Tom and we know our Emmerdale audience always look forward to our villains getting their comeuppance. We don’t want to spoil the outcome of this story and reveal what will happen to Tom, but needless to say, Belle’s going to be in a much better place by this Christmas.”
“When Emmerdale explained they hoped to include the real life testimonies of domestic abuse victims and survivors within these scenes we knew it would be the truest way for them to authentically close this storyline,” explained Lindsay Oliver, the CEO of the charity. “We hope these final episodes will continue to raise awareness about domestic abuse, controlling relationships and the fact there is help out there.”
When does Tom’s final episode air?
There’s a few weeks to wait before we finally see the end of Tom King. Emmerdale has not confirmed an exact date. However, speculation suggests it will all conclude on Thursday December 19. And when it comes, it’s set to be brilliant.

Emmerdale detective DS Foy has become our hero in recent weeks as he fought to bring Tom King to justice. And finally it looks like he’s done it. Phew!
It was clear he believed Belle’s domestic abuse allegations from the start and he has fought her corner the whole way. Even as Tom tried to manipulate him, it became obvious that wasn’t going to work.
All hail DS Foy!
In fact, fans are so impressed with him they have demanded from the start he becomes a permanent character. And some are even coming up with romance storylines for him – with child killer, Ella Forster! A copper and a killer? That’s an interesting mix!

Detective Foy in Emmerdale
As soon as he heard rumours that Belle had been abused by Tom it was obvious DS Foy felt there was some truth in it. Last month he gently questioned Belle over her involvement in Tom’s axe attack and even though it was clear she was lying, he could see a frightened woman and didn’t probe too hard.
After doing a deal with Belle that he wouldn’t tell the police the truth, Tom then told DS Foy he was mugged with a very elaborate story about the horrors he had been through. But at the same time, Belle had double-crossed him and handed herself into the cop shop. She’d dug up the axe and revealed herself to be the victim of domestic abuse.
DS Foy arrested Tom for coercive and controlling behaviour. Although Tom insisted Belle was the abusive one and her mental health was the problem. But it was very clear to viewers DS Foy did not believe a word Tom was saying.
As Tom continued to try and outwit the police, he attempted to destroy incriminating footage of him spying on Belle. But Foy and his team recovered it and announced on Wednesday (November 27) they had enough to charge Tom. At last!
And tonight (Thursday November 28) Foy will be the hero again when Tom tries to avoid justice.

Fans love Foy!
DS Foy was a big hit with fans last time round – and it’s fair to say he still is!
“Please, Emmerdale, keep Detective Foy,” begged one fan on social media. Another agreed: “DS Foy needs to be a regular character!” Athird added: “Now, how can we get Foy written into every storyline forever?”
Others speculated on a possible romantic connection if he does stick around.
“Can we have Ds Foy as a love interest for someone?” asked one. Someone else said: “Whoever in the village gets to [bleep] DS Foy is a lucky [bleep]!!”
A third suggested: “Det Ella on the case. Get it on with silver fox Det Foy!” referring to Ella’s ‘investigation’ into whether Liam is sleeping with Chas.
A fourth said: “Make him a regular! Have him marry Leyla!” which might be a bit impossible, given she’s rumoured to be leaving…

It was almost like Carl King returned to Emmerdale over the last few days as his son, Tom King, and his unhinged behaviour continue to mirror that of his evil father.
In fact, the scales have even fallen from devoted Uncle Jimmy’s eyes after Tom’s arrest. Jimmy calls him a ‘chip off the old block’ tonight and he’s sure got a point.
So it’s a case of like father, like son, but which King is more evil? Let’s take a look at the complete list of Carl King‘s terrible crimes.
Behind Carl’s handsome smile lay a killer (Credit: ITV/Shutterstock)
Killer Carl King in Emmerdale
Carl King was in Emmerdale for eight years between 2004-2012. He arrived in the village to spy for his family business King & Sons, snooping on Tate Haulage.
He set his sights on Louise Appleton, asking her out on a date, but when his wife Coleen turned up, things got complicated. That put paid to that romance.
And then things turned dark. It was not long after his arrival that he caused the death of local postman Paul Marsden. The pair were fixing a roof together and Paul started teasing Carl over his fear of heights. As they continued to mess around, Paul lost his footing and fell. Carl and his brothers covered up the death by moving the body so it looked like he had had an accident on his own roof, completely on his own.

Cheating Carl
Consumed by guilt, Carl ended up revealing what had happened to Chas Dingle. The pair started a relationship, but Carl’s wandering eye soon struck and he had a one-night stand with Chloe Atkinson. Chloe then became determined to split the couple up. She wrote poison-pen letters and Chas had soon had enough, ending things.
Chloe moved in for the kill and Carl obliged, but soon got bored and wanted Chas back. She, however, left to join the army!
So he turned his attentions to her cousin, Delilah Dingle. Although they grew close and did sleep together, his heart lay with Chas and he eventually wooed her back.
They made a real go of it this time, but that was much to the disapproval of his dad, Tom King Snr. And that led to…

Killer Carl King’s second victim in Emmerdale
The King family were at war as Matthew and Sadie’s rival company took on King & Sons. Chas was passing information on the Kings to Jamie Hope, whose sister Dawn Woods had died thanks to the Kings’ battle. Furious Tom insisted Chas wasn’t good enough for Carl and then bribed her to end things.
But Chas fought back and told Carl everything on Tom’s wedding day to Rosemary Sinclair. That same day, which also happened to be Christmas Day, Tom was murdered when he was hit over the head and pushed from his bedroom window. It was later revealed Carl had a confrontation with his father about Chas and hit him when Tom called Chas nasty names. Carl then pushed Tom away and he fell out of the window.
In the midst of all this, Carl started dating DCI Grace Barraclough, who was investigating Tom’s murder! So that soon got complicated and Carl decided to confess, telling Grace everything. She took him to the police station, but was hit by a lorry as she was walking across the road. Carl then got away with murder – and things ended with Grace, pretty badly!

Cheating Carl strikes again!
Carl eventually moved on and married Lexi King although he only married her because she found out the truth about Tom’s murder. Things soon turned sour and Lexi left him. Carl got back with Chas but that wandering eye fell on Eve Jenson, with whom he started an affair.
Chas found out about the affair and decided to expose Carl on her and Carl’s wedding day. She convinced him they were going to get wed (on Christmas Day again!), but secretly squirrelled all his money away and jilted him at the altar.

The worst crime yet
Chas began an affair with Cameron Murray who was engaged to her niece Debbie Dingle. Chas was also engaged to Dan Spencer. Carl found out about her affair and tried to blackmail her.
Chas pretended that she was interested in Carl again but really she was just trying to make him take back his threats.
It all came to a head on Emmerdale’s 40th anniversary in 2012. Carl turned really nasty and blackmailed Chas for the £30k she took from him. However the hate turned to obsession as Carl decided he’d stop at nothing to get Chas back.
Chas tried to keep him sweet by pretending she would run away with him, but when he realised she had no intention doing so, Carl flipped. He revealed he had killed his father for her. Disgusted Chas tried to flee, but Carl grabbed her and forced himself on her, trying to rape her.
Chas hit Carl on the head with a brick in self-defence. Believing she had killed him, she left him lying there. Chas even stood trial for his murder, but she was acquitted.
Meanwhile, what actually happened was Cameron went back and delivered the final blow that killed Carl who screamed: “I’m indestructible” as Cameron smacked him over the head and Carl fell to the ground, dead.

They took their time, but the Emmerdale police have finally recovered the video footage from Tom King‘s tablet that proves he’s been abusing wife Belle Dingle. Hallelujah!
Tom was charged with coercive controlling behaviour and assault against Belle. No doubt fans of the soap will be delighted Tom’s reign of terror has finally come to an end. Or has it? Is this really the last we’ll see of him? Knowing Tom King, is he actually likely to go down without a fight?

What happened to Tom in Emmerdale tonight?
Tom’s creepy behaviour reached new heights on Tuesday November 26 when he snuck into the house, stole Belle’s top and then gifted it to Amelia. However tonight, he was not happy to see Amelia wearing the top – obviously worried he was about to be caught out.
He hit out and told her it wasn’t a work outfit and she was to go home and change. But before she could, Belle arrived and saw Amelia in the jumper. She realised what Tom had done and rushed off.
Amelia then went to see Tom and nervously questioned him about where the top came from. He went mad, grabbed her forcefully by the arm and dragged her out of the house. Amelia shouted he was hurting her and the whole thing was witnessed by Jimmy – and DS Foy! YES!
Tom was hauled down the station and advised to contact his solicitor. The police had finally recovered the footage from Tom’s tablet – they have proof he’s been watching Belle. Tom tried to talk his way out of it, but it was to no avail. DS Foy later arrived at the pub and told Belle her husband had been charged. And as well as that, she is not being pursued for axing him in the back.
It’s win, win all round – or is it? Because we know Tom, and we know he won’t stop fighting…

Has Tom left Emmerdale?
It has been said actor James Chase, who plays Tom, is leaving at Christmas. Earlier this year he revealed to Entertainment Daily that he always knew Tom has a “shelf life”.
He said: “He can’t get away with it. [Belle] needs justice for what happened to her and I think also the viewer needs that. From all the hell we’ve seen Belle get put through, we have to see her win in the end or at the very least, for him to lose.”
James continued to say Tom needs to go to “prison at least”.
And now he has been arrested and charged, is that it?
There’s more to come for Belle (Credit: ITV)
What happens next? It’s not over…
Emmerdale released a trailer last week of what’s to come this week as Tom faces justice. And there are scenes shown in that that we have yet to see on screen – pretty scary ones at that.
Tom was shown pushing Belle against a car as he shouts at her: “You always have to take things too far.” Meanwhile, a worried Cain and Charity were seen in a car rushing to the rescue. With the walls closing in, what will Tom do?
So it’s safe to say, this is not the end of Tom – yet.
Emmerdale has confirmed it will be a happier Christmas for Belle, so we know it’s over soon. But has Tom saved the worst for last? Just what will he do? And what will happen to him?

Emmerdale tonight saw Tom King brought to justice as he was charged by DS Foy for his treatment of Belle. Not only that but the case against Belle has been dropped.
Colour us relieved. But is it really over?
Here’s everything that happened in Emmerdale on Wednesday November 27.
Tom’s reign of terror seemingly came to an end in Emmerdale tonight
Belle knew it was her top, but Amelia seemed confused (Credit: ITV)
Belle was convinced Tom had won
Unable to sleep and worried about Tom’s ongoing presence, Belle visited Zak’s grave. She knew Tom was stalking her again, but she couldn’t prove it. Belle is sure the police are not on her side.
Meanwhile, Amelia gave Tom a haircut and he was all over her. However he was not happy to see she was wearing the top he ‘bought’ her. He told her it wasn’t a work outfit and she was to go home and change. Kerry interrupted however with a chewing-gum-in-hair emergency. She also overheard Tom’s tantrum and warned Amelia once again against Tom.
Belle then arrived and saw Amelia in the top. She realised what Tom had done and rushed off.

Tom lashed out – and was taken to the station
Amelia went to see Tom and nervously told him what Belle had said about the top going missing. He went mad and Amelia immediately backtracked. Tom grabbed her by the arm and dragged her out of the house. Amelia cried he was hurting her and the whole thing was witnessed by Jimmy – and DS Foy! YES!
Tom was hauled down the station and advised to contact his solicitor. The police have footage from Tom’s tablet at last – they have proof he’s been watching her. Tom’s solicitor advised him not to say anything, but his arrogance was such that he felt he could talk his way out of this one as well.
Back at the cafe, Jimmy was concerned, he tried to get info out of Belle who was shocked to hear Tom had been taken away by the police.
Belle was overwhelmed by the news the police believed her (Credit: ITV)
Tom charged!
And it seemed Tom’s rage still didn’t convince Amelia Belle was telling the truth. She still defended him to Kerry. But then she broke down and told Kerry what had happened with the top. She later arrived at the Woolpack with the jumper, just in time for another important arrival…
At the pub, DS Foy arrived to talk to Belle and told her the forensics team has retrieved the files and Tom King has been charged with coercive controlling behaviour and assault against her. And the police are not proceeding with any case against Belle for axing him.
This is great news, but is it really all over? Is that the last we are going to see of Tom?
Also in Emmerdale tonight…
Pollard’s plans concerned Brenda
Pollard is still worrying Brenda with his speedy wedding plans and engagement party for tomorrow. Leyla could only get the Hide at such short notice, but Eric wasn’t impressed and wanted to spoil her. As Brenda started to ask more questions, Eric fobbed her off and sent her shopping.
Are relations between Steph and Ruby thawing? (Credit: ITV)
Ruby tried again with Steph
Ruby was still struggling and Chas offered counsel over family troubles. She used her own problems with Aaron to encourage Ruby not to give up on Steph.
Ruby then went home and shared a drink with Steph. But once again it turned into an argument and Steph stalked off. Ruby managed to persuade her to stay.

Ella was on to Chas and Liam in Emmerdale tonight
Liam was trying to leave the surgery, but Ella booked him a last-minute appointment. However, he dashed off and just as he and Chas were ripping each other’s clothes off, John burst in and caught them! He quickly made his exit and even stalled Ella on their behalf. Liam then snuck out and asked John to keep their secret. John agreed, but insisted they had to tell the truth to Ella and Aaron.
Liam then lied to Ella about where he’d been and she checked up on him by phoning the patient he lied about. Busted Liam.

Tom King’s reign of terror over Belle is coming to an end soon. For months fans of Emmerdale have watched as he abused his wife, angry that he got away with it for so long.
While Emmerdale bosses openly admitted they wanted the storyline to represent real life, and were going to make sure it was played out accurately, viewers couldn’t help but notice some plot holes – especially in last night’s episode of the soap.
During the episode (Tuesday November 26), Belle returned home, finally feeling like she was in a better place to tackle what’s to come.
But that didn’t last long as Tom snuck into her house whilst she was upstairs having a self-care day, and stole her top.
However, the fact he managed to even get into the house without anyone seeing is something Emmerdale fans don’t understand.
Here are some fresh plot holes from Emmerdale’s Tom King storyline, all from last night’s episode.

Emmerdale Tom plot holes 1. Belle left the door unlocked
Belle decided to stay at home, to ease herself back into village life. But after she made it clear to her family that she was still scared of Tom, fans are confused as to why she never locked the door.
Fans took to X (formerly known as Twitter) to express their confusion.
One wrote: “Surely if Belle was going to be home alone she would have locked her doors? She knows what he is capable of.”
Another added: “How come none of her family told her to lock the doors or stayed with her? Tom’s still around.”
“Belle is so worried about Tom that she didn’t lock her doors. No-one seems to lock their doors”, a third penned.
Invisible Tom is back, he can walk into any house in the village without anyone seeing him.#Emmerdale
Emmerdale village has a lot of residents, and it’s a fairly small area. Usually someone would be walking around outside. So, how exactly was Tom able to sneak into the Jacob’s Fold cottage without being seen?
The position of the cottage is also quite close to the shop and the mechanics – so was nobody at any of these places?
One fan wrote: “Again, nobody can see invisible Tom. He can walk right in without anyone noticing.”
Another penned: “Tom entered the house in broad daylight. He wasn’t seen by any of the nosey villagers who are usually hovering around outside. That doesn’t make sense.”
“Invisible Tom is back. He can walk into any house in the village without anyone seeing him”, a third fan commented.
3. Belle didn’t spot Tom
Belle came back downstairs to grab some of her clothes from her suitcase. But she failed to spot Tom who was standing beside the door, very close to her.
Fans don’t believe this made sense at all, as it would have been very easy to spot him.
One wrote: “How did Belle not see Tom? He is standing right there.”
Another joked: “I think Belle might need to go to Specsavers. How did she miss him?”

4. Amelia had no suspicions about the top
Tom’s level of creepy went up another scale last night. He stole Belle’s top and gave it to Amelia as a present. From the looks of it, he is trying to recreate Belle using Amelia.
But, Amelia had no queries about the top she received. With no tag, receipt or label, she just accepted her gift. But viewers agree this doesn’t make sense.
An Emmerdale viewer wrote: “How does Amelia not see the top wasn’t new? It had no tags on it. Does she think does he’s shopping for her at charity shops?”
“So Amelia just takes the top off Tom that is unwrapped with no bag or receipt. It most definitely doesn’t smell like a new top. This is really ridiculous now,” another annoyed fan posted.
Emmerdale usually airs weeknights at 7.30pm on ITV, with an early release at 7am on ITVX.
Classic Emmerdale usually airs weekdays on ITV3 at 6am and 6.30am, plus 1.40pm and 2.10pm.Â
