3 Emmerdale spoilers for tonight: the aftermath of limo crash revealed as tragedy strikes

The aftermath of the limo crash is revealed in Emmerdale spoilers tonight, as one of the two cars finds itself resting on a precipice above a watery grave. Friday night’s episode saw a night out go awry when two limousines full of partygoers almost collided.

This came as driver Caleb grew distracted as he confronted Cain over his affair with Ruby. As the truth came out, their heated argument caused him to almost crash into the other car. Meanwhile Charity, who had been driving the other car, had been distracted by a vision of her own.

As one of the limos crashes into an icy lake nearby, multiple lives are left hanging in the balance. But who lives and who dies?

1. Charity spots Noah in the road in Emmerdale spoilers tonight

With the boys’ argument still mid-flow, Caleb swerves to avoid an oncoming vehicle. Meanwhile, in the girls’ limo, Liam’s proposal to Chas distracts Charity. Spotting a disorientated Noah stumbling out into the road, she also swerves the car off-track.

2. Ice crash leaves multiple villagers seriously injured

Both groups of passengers are violently thrown about as the cars try to avert course. And, as people, glass and loose items are thrown about, serious injuries are sustained. But with one of the passengers no longer breathing, there’s even worse to come…

3. One of the limos is in grave danger

As the soap reveals the aftermath of the crash, it’s bad news for one of the cars. Stranded on the middle of a lake covered with ice, it’s only a matter of time before the vehicle sinks through, condemning those within to an icy grave.

Inside the car, the survivors attempt to figure out an escape. Panic turns into horror as the magnitude of their situation sinks in for those trapped inside.

All the characters at risk that MUST NOT die in limo crash tragedy

The limo crash story is underway in Emmerdale, with several characters at risk of not making it out alive.

Episodes this week saw Kerry win the use of a limo for the night. She chose to use it for a girls night out, while Liam rented his own limo for the boys.

The limos are involved in separate accidents, with one ending up on a frozen lake. It has been confirmed that not everyone will survive, but who do we hope lives to tell the tale?

Caleb Miligan

As the chauffeur of the boys’ limo, Caleb is one of the most at risk when the vehicle crashes. A flash-forward image also showed him lying in hospital, hooked up to various machines. So things aren’t looking good.

Caleb isn’t very popular at the moment, but killing him off would be a big mistake. He has a formidable partnership with wife Ruby, which we don’t want to see broken up. Ruby has been through enough recently, without adding her husband’s death to the list.

We also want to see how Cain and Caleb repair their relationship after the revelation that Cain slept with Ruby.

Emmerdale limo crash: Liam Cavanagh

With Liam’s plan to propose to Chas going wrong at every opportunity, is it a sign that it’s not meant to be? We sure hope not!

Liam Cavanagh isn’t perfect, but we’d miss his awkwardness if he were to perish in the limo crash. The scene where he asked for Aaron’s blessing to propose to Chas had us cringing and laughing in equal measure.

Chas also deserves a happy ending after being unlucky in love for so long.

Charity Dingle must not die in limo crash

Like with Caleb, Charity Dingle steps up as a driver so is at the front of the vehicle when it crashes. While we don’t think Emmerdale would kill off such an iconic character, anything is possible in soap land.

But Emmerdale wouldn’t be the same without Charity, from her feisty personality to her iconic putdowns. We couldn’t cope if Charity was no more.

She’s also involved in some storylines that need resolving, such as the drama between Noah and Joe.

Leyla Harding

Given that Roxy Shahidi is reportedly leaving the role of Leyla, it’s clear why she is the firm favourite to lose her life in the limo crash. There was also some foreshadowing when Leyla said, ‘I am getting in that limo if it kills me.’

However, we’d rather Leyla simply drive off into the sunset. She has always been one of our favourite characters and we’d hate to see it end like this. Especially after she mentioned how lonely she has been â€“ wouldn’t it be a more fitting ending for her to meet someone and leave with him?

Also, her son Jacob works at the hospital. If he has to witness his mother’s death, it could break him.

Sam Dingle

This is a left-field one as we think it’s extremely unlikely that Sam will be killed off. But as he’s in the limo when it crashes, there is always a chance. Especially as a flash forward image shows Cain looking devastated while standing over a grave â€“ it can only be someone close to him.

We don’t think it needs to be said why the loveable Sam needs to be saved. Sam is sacred and has managed to get through so much pain and heartbreak.

Our own hearts would break if Sam lost his life in the limo crash.

Soap to kill off both sisters Vanessa and Tracy in tragic limo crash? Why fans think so

Lives will be lost in Emmerdale following the big limo crash and fans think sisters Vanessa and Tracy will be two of the victims.

Friday’s episode (February 14) will see a big stunt involving two limousines and a frozen lake, while next week we see the aftermath.

While it hasn’t been confirmed which of the two limos ends up in the frozen lake, fans are predicting that the girls will be most in danger â€“ most notably sisters Vanessa and Tracy.

Tracy and Vanessa didn’t discover they were half-sisters until 2016 when they bumped into one another at their dad Frank Clayton‘s hospital bedside.

Although they initially struggled with the news, they soon reconnected and formed a strong relationship. Tracy was also a big support following Vanessa’s cancer diagnosis.

Vanessa was previously engaged to Charity Dingle, but that ended after she discovered Charity had kissed Mack. Vanessa is now in a relationship with Suzy â€“ though fans have been calling for Suzy to reunite with Mary.

Tracy, meanwhile, embarked on an affair with Caleb Miligan last year. This caused the breakdown of her marriage to Nate. He eventually left for Shetland (or, did he?), leaving Tracy to raise Frankie alone.

Will Vanessa and Tracy die in limo crash?

Fans believe Emmerdale has been dropping clues over which characters will die in the big limo crash.

One thing fans picked up on was Amy Barton’s bond with Frankie Robinson and her desire to adopt a child. Fans believe this was foreshadowing Tracy’s death and that Amy and Matty will adopt Frankie.

“I’m starting to think it could be Tracy because of how much Amy and Matty are bonding with Frankie,” wrote one fan on X.

“Iâ€™m really starting to think Tracy could die,” said a second fan, with a third asking: “Does anyone else think there could be something in Amy bonding with Frankie and the limo stunt coming up?Â Could Tracy be killed off and maybe Amy and Matty adopt/take care of Frankie?”

Meanwhile, fans also think Vanessa could be in danger. Earlier in the week, Mary looked at Suzy longingly. Fans believe that she’ll get her woman when Vanessa is killed off.

“Emmerdale remembering that Suzy exists in the lead up to this limo crash suggests either a) sheâ€™s a goner or b) Vanessaâ€™s toast and theyâ€™re setting us up for a Suzy/Mary relationship down the road,” wrote one viewer.Â

A second fan said: “So guys what if Vanessa actually does die? Then Charity steps up and takes on bringing up Johnny because she did adopt him.” While another viewer couldn’t cope with the rumours and added: “People saying Vanessa might die is tipping me over the edge.”

Emmerdale fans are convinced that the hand banging on the ice in the upcoming ice stunt episodes belongs to Amy Barton after they spotted a big clue.Â

Emmerdale have been teasing the big limo crash with various images and clips. One such promo depicted a hand desperately banging on the ice from beneath the surface.

Now fans think they have figured out who the hand banging on the ice belongs to after spotting a clue in a recent episode of Emmerdale.

Lives in danger in limo crash

In Friday’s episode of Emmerdale, the boys and girls head to their respective limos for the planned big nights out. However, they immediately hit a speed bump when they realise there are no drivers.

Amy takes her place in the girls limo alongside the likes of Kerry, Suzy, Leyla and Chas. When things get chaotic, driver Charity is soon distracted.

Meanwhile, the boys limo, which contains the likes of Sam, Mack, Cain and Paddy, also has its share of drama and acting chauffeur Caleb Miligan finds himself distracted too.

Both limos swerve off the road and one ends up on a frozen lake. But which one? Next week will see the aftermath where lives will be lost.

Fans convinced Amy is under the ice

After watching Thursday’s episode of Emmerdale, fans are convinced the hand banging on the ice belongs to Amy Barton.

During the episode, Amy showed off a friendship bracelet she’d received from Frankie and fans have pointed out that the hand under the ice is wearing a bracelet.

“So #Emmerdale predictions for the big disaster week, the one under the lake is Amy, as she was wearing the bracelet Frankie made her,” wrote one fan on X.

“Looks like Amy‘s hand under the ice as you can see a bracelet and the ring on her finger. she shows frankie the bracelet in tonight’s episode,” wrote a second fan.Â

A third viewer said: “Amy pointing out her braceletâ€¦still voting for her to be the one under the ice.” While a fourth added: “Think Amy is the one under the ice, hand wedding ring and bracelet !? or is that red herring?”

5 characters at biggest risk of dying in limo crash based on â€˜cluesâ€™ soap has dropped this week

Emmerdale is set to air one of its biggest stunts yet, when two limousines are involved in accidents, with one ending up in a frozen lake. But who is most at risk of dying in the limo crash?

The scenes will see the men and women of the village split into two group as they set off in their separate limos for their night out.

Caleb Miligan, who’s acting as chauffeur for the boys, is forced to swerve the limo to avoid an oncoming truck. Meanwhile, in the girls limo, driver Charity Dingle swerves after seeing her son Noah staggering in the road.

One of the limos will land on a frozen lake and multiple lives are in danger. Here we take a look at who is most at risk of dying based on the clues the soap has dropped this week.

Will Leyla die in Emmerdale limo crash?

It was reported last year that actress Roxy Shahidi is leaving the soap, so Leyla Harding is a firm favourite to die in the frozen lake stunt.

Earlier this week Emmerdale also appeared to hint at the character’s demise, as Leyla foreshadowed her own death.

Leyla told her son Jacob that as the organiser of the raffle she would have to go in the limo with the prize winners. Tempting fate, she told Jacob and Suzy: “I am getting in that limo if it kills me.”

Could Liam’s bad luck continue?

Liam is the reason there are two limos rather than just the one â€“ could this be a hint that he is set to perish?

Thursday’s episode sees Liam buy as many raffle tickets as he can in an attempt to win the main prize â€“ a trip in a limo. Liam has big plans to propose to Chas, so when he is unlucky in the draw, he sources another limo.

But once again his plan is blocked when Chas reveals she’s off on a girls night out in Kerry’s limo. Could this all be a sign that the happy ending isn’t meant to be?

Is it the end for Chas?

Similar to Liam, could the constant bumps in the road in his proposal plan hint at it not happening due to one of the pair dying?

Recent flashforward scenes showed Chas’s brother Cain looking distraught as he stands over a grave. That kind of reaction is likely to only be provoked if the deceased is someone close to Cain.

We also know that Chas will be one of the women in the girls limo. After surviving breast cancer and numerous disasters, her luck could be about to run out.

Recently in Emmerdale, Amy helped Moira look after Frankie Robinson while Frankie’s mum Tracy went to work.

The whole episode made Amy broody and she later told Matty that she wanted to look into adopting a child. However, the meeting with the social worker doesn’t go as planned.

Is this a clue that Tracy will die in the limo crash, leading to Amy and Matty adopting Frankie?

Limo crash to expose Anthony murder – and dying Leyla key to finding his body, new fan theory explored

A new Emmerdale fan theory has predicted that the limo crash will result in the murder of Anthony being exposed and his body being discovered.

Anthony Fox was murdered by his daughter last month, with several villagers also involved in the cover-up.

Upcoming scenes will see a huge crash stunt involving two limousines. One of the limos will end up in a frozen lake and not everyone will survive.

The new fan theory suggests Leyla will die in the crash and when recovering her body, they’ll also find Anthony’s body.

Anthony is murdered in Emmerdale

Last month, Emmerdale teased a whodunnit for Anthony’s murder. It was originally thought that Aaron Dingle committed the crime.

Aaron gave Anthony a brutal beating at Caleb’s depot after discovering he had abused Ruby when she was a child. Aaron fled the scene and when he later returned, Anthony was dead.

Aaron’s boyfriend John Sugden then took control of the situation. He disposed of the body and cleaned up the crime scene.

Not being able to cope with the guilt, Aaron confessed to Ruby. However, she shocked him when she revealed: “You didn’t kill him â€“ I did.”

Ruby Fox-Miligan confided in Caleb, with Cain and Chas also being brought in on the secret.

It’s not known where John disposed of the body, but with so many people in the know, it’s surely only a matter of time before the truth is revealed.

Fan theory predicts limo crash will expose Anthony murder

Emmerdale recently aired five flashforward scenes hinting at what was to come in 2025. One of those scenes showed a mystery person disposing of a body in the river.

Now a new fan theory believes that it was John disposing of Anthony and that the upcoming limo crash will result in the body being discovered.

Writing on Reddit, a fan said: “Been paying attention to certain characters lines this week to spot foreshadowing. Leyla had an interesting one about ‘do you think I should go in the limo too?’ It’s 100% Leyla under the ice. However when recovering her body, they also find Anthony’s body. Because who would think to look under the ice.”

Another fan agreed, writing: “100% , they’ll be looking for whatever body is missing from the limo crash and find his body too.”

On X, a third fan said: “Looking forward to seeing the car go in to the lake that results in the hand at the window. I’m wondering if Anthony’s body might also be in that lake? We don’t after all know where his body is!”

Caleb to drown Cain in frozen lake amid limo crash? New fan theory prediction!

With the big limo crash and icy lake stunt coming up in Emmerdale, a new fan theory has predicted that Caleb will drown his brother Cain in the frozen lake.

Caleb Miligan recently discovered that Anthony had been telling the truth about Cain sleeping with his wife, Ruby, and he broke down in the toilet.

The villagers split up into boys’ and girls’ groups as they climb into their respective limos for their big nights out.

The limos are dropped off with no drivers so Charity and Caleb step up as chauffeurs. Unbeknownst to Cain Dingle, Caleb is still angry and is determined to avoid being near his brother.

Neither trip goes as planned, with the atmosphere in the girls’ limo chaotic. Meanwhile, a huge row breaks out in the boys’ limo. With the drivers both distracted by what is going on, the two cars swerve off the road.

Both vehicles are involved in separate accidents Â â€“ but one limo is put in a particularly scary position when it crashes into an icy lake.

Cain and Caleb fan theory

On Reddit, a fan shared their theory over what they believe will happen. They think Caleb’s desire for revenge could result in Cain falling through the ice.

They said: “What if it’s the men’s limo that ends up on the ice and most get away safely bar Cain and Caleb, so what if Caleb takes his revenge on Cain on the ice and tries to drown him?”

Another fan had a similar thought, writing: “I think the person under the ice will be either Cain or Caleb, who will have been brawling prior to the crash and caused the limo to go off the road.

“Then whichever brother isn’t trapped will perform a heroic rescue. My guess is that Caleb is trapped and Cain saves him. But he is unconscious because of the cold etc. Hence the scenes of Caleb in a hospital bed.”

It’s not long now before fans will find out the truth.

Fans baffled in Emmerdale as Belle fails to mention key detail when visiting abusive husband Tom

In Wednesday’s episode of Emmerdale, Belle Dingle went to visit her abusive ex in prison â€“ but fans are confused that she failed to mention a key detail.

Tom made an unwelcome return to our screens this week and manipulated the chaplain into arranging a visit from Belle.

Convinced by her solicitor that visiting Tom King would speed up divorce proceedings, Belle headed to the prison. But she failed to mention one key detail and fans are baffled.

In Wednesday’s episode of Emmerdale, Belle went to visit Tom in prison. He attempted to play the victim and even tried to gain Belle’s pity by telling her she was the only visitor he had had.

“I have changed, Belle, you must have thought that was a possibility, or you wouldn’t be here,” a delusional Tom told Belle, before telling her there was still something to save in their relationship, that they could still achieve something.

A defiant Belle told Tom the only thing they could achieve was a divorce. Tom informed Belle that she would have a scrap on her hands and that he would fight for everything. Belle was not scared though and told Tom: “You’ve underestimated me yet again.”

When Tom started to become aggressive, Belle told him: “You’ve been gone a long time. This divorce is just the cherry on top, and I’m having it!” Before leaving, she couldn’t resist smiling back at Tom. Go, Belle!

Fans baffled as Belle doesn’t mention Piper

Emmerdale fans took to social media to question why Belle didn’t tell Tom she’d got Piper the dog back.

Previously, Tom ran over Piper. He then lied to Belle that Piper had died, but really he’d given the dog away to another couple.

Belle was reunited with Piper on Christmas Day after Vinny and Gabby tracked her down. However, Belle failed to mention this fact to Tom.

“Belle should have told Tom she got Piper back. That’s her winning right there,” said one fan on X, with a second adding: “Thought Belle would’ve mentioned getting Piper back.”

A third fan shared their disappointment at the lack of a Piper mention, writing: “Oh Belle, you didn’t mention Piper to Tom!”Â

“I so wanted [her] to say by the way piper says Hello, that would have sealed the whole ep,” wrote another fan on Instagram.

A fifth fan said: “I wanted her to say ‘oh and by the way I have Piper back’.” While a sixth fan agreed, writing: “I was expecting her to mention Piper to rub it in his face.”

Scenes this week will see many of the villagers head on a night out in a limo â€“ one limo for the girls and one for the boys.

However, they’re surprised to find the limos don’t come with drivers. So Charity Dingle and Caleb Miligan take one for the team and drive the vehicles.

As the organiser, Leyla will of course be in attendance alongside the likes of Suzy, Kerry, Amy, Suzy and Tracy.

Both limos will later be involved in separate crashes, with one ending up in an icy lake. It has also been confirmed that not everyone will survive…

During Wednesday’s episode of Emmerdale (February 12), while speaking to Jacob and Suzy in the shop, Leyla defended Jacob’s accusation that a limo ride was ‘a bit naff.’

“Itâ€™s still the height of romantic sophistication,” she insisted. Leyla added that she had to go for the ride too in order to make sure it runs smoothly as she is the organiser.

She then claimed she hadn’t been out in months, before saying: “I am getting in that limo if it kills me.” Could this be a clue about her impending exit?

Last year, The Sun reported that Roxy Shahidi would be leaving the role of Leyla after 16 years. A source told the publication: “She is really excited about her meaty exit storyline, which will see her character Leyla die on screen. Sheâ€™d rather go out in a blaze of glory and be remembered.”

A Tom King return to Emmerdale is a huge mistake, here’s why – OPINION

Tom King returned to screens in tonight’s episode of Emmerdale. The character’s surprise return came as Belle began divorce proceedings – registering Tom’s surprise as he learned that Belle wanted to officially end their marriage.

And, in typical Tom style, he wasted little time in trying to spin it to his advantage. Speaking to the prison chaplain, he set about trying to manipulate Belle into visiting him behind bars.

Tom King made his return to Emmerdale tonight

It seemed unlikely for a while but, as the episode ended, Tom learned that he’d gotten his way – Belle would be coming to see him to discuss the terms of their divorce.

“I’ve been dreaming of this moment. This is the chance I’ve been waiting for since I’ve been locked up… and I’m not about to waste it,” he sneered as the end credits rolled.

Tom’s back, and apparently up to his old tricks again. True, he could be a changed man – and actually wants to see Belle to apologise before acquiescing to her demands, but it’s still far too soon. Here’s why his return might be a huge mistake.

It risks undermining Belle’s story

When we last saw Tom, a jury had sentenced him to three years in prison for his treatment of Belle.Â As the episode ended, the soap highlighted the stories of real-life survivors who had been through similar experiences to Belle.

With its ending – Belle finally feeling free as she attended a support group – she and those like her had finally gotten the last word. With Tom’s return, the soap risks forgetting those all-too real voices… making it all about Tom again.

We have to look at his smug face again

With no disrespect to actor James Chase – who made Tom King such an enjoyably slappable screen villain – the break from seeing him scowling and looking smug all the time has been a welcome one.

All of that changed tonight as it became immediately obvious that Tom’s an unchanged man… at least as far as James’s performance goes. Within minutes, he was sneering and scowling as though he’d never left.

So much for justice

Ever since he left, we’ve been picturing Tom living his most miserable life in prison. While it’s good to see him where he deserves to be, to watching him scheming and manipulating as he’s always done undermines that sense of justice.

Who knows – Tom may very well be a changed man, as the bible and visits with the prison chaplain suggest. Either way, it would have been a more effective move to keep him behind bars, sight unseen.

It prolongs his story… again

The ballad of Tom and Belle took up most of last year’s Emmerdale, from his abusive, controlling behaviour toward Belle, to the whole cottage affair, to the long and drawn-out police investigation. The police eventually got to the bottom of the matter, but the story didn’t end there either – with Tom continuing to try and manipulate Belle from behind bars.

Viewers complained that the story had become drawn out and contrived and, as it finally ended, we were finally ready to draw a line under Tom King. In the end, we only got a couple of months’ respite.

It’s not fair on Belle

Last week’s episodes saw Belle return to work, feeling positive about her future after seeing Tom off behind bars. After over a year of pain and misery for Belle and actor Eden Taylor-Draper, she deserves a break.

Trust Tom to come slithering back into her life again. Here’s hoping she sees through his malicious games a little sooner this time.
