The bombshells kept dropping when Ruby confessed to killing Anthony and Steph discovered Caleb, John, Aaron, Chas and Cain were all involved in the cover up.

After realising her whole life has been built on a lie, Steph fled the village. Ruby and Caleb have been left fearing what Steph might do next and if she will go to the police with what she knows. Is it game over?

    Steph unveils her masterplan

Steph is still missing and not answering her phone, which increases her parents’ panic. Ruby and Caleb have no idea how Steph is processing the traumatic news. It’s not every day you find out your mum is a murderer.

Suddenly Ruby has a brainwave and thinks she may know where her girl has disappeared to. Her instinct proves spot on when she arrives at Anthony’s burial spot in the woods and finds Steph standing there.

Emotions are high as Ruby promises Steph that they can find a way to work through their devastation together. But Steph has a plan of her own and summons the murder club to the woods. With everyone gathered together, Steph announces what she wants to happen next.

Will she agree to keep Ruby’s killer secret? Or is Steph going to blow the whole thing apart and land everyone up in prison?

Jai is sure the family know more about the old man’s disappearance than they’re letting on. Will he start doing some digging of his own?

What happened in Emmerdale tonight (Thursday): Ruby told Steph the whole truth about Anthony as Caleb ‘confessed’ to murder

Ruby and Caleb’s carefully-stacked house of cards came tumbling down in Emmerdale tonight (Thursday, March 13) as Steph Miligan learned the truth about Anthony – including his abuse of Ruby, his being her father, and his murder too.

Elsewhere, more revelations continued to drop as Vanessa realised that Mary had been Suzy’s other woman. As she stormed over to see Mary in the Woolpack, a vicious public confrontation ensued.

And, as April finally let herself grieve the loss of baby Rebecca, she and Marlon bid a sad goodbye. Meanwhile, Kim tried to make a stubborn Dawn see sense, while Billy felt rejected.

Here’s everything that happened in Emmerdale tonight.

Steph set an ultimatum in Emmerdale tonight

Ross found Steph down by the river, skipping stones. He soon realised that she’d not been to the police yet, and she resumed harping on about her grandfather.

With Steph still set on going to the police, Ross entreated her to give them one last chance to explain – while, back at home, Ruby lashed out at Caleb for keeping the gun.

Later, Ross paid Caleb a visit at the depot. He knows something’s not right, and had grown concerned for Steph. He warned Caleb that she was planning on going to the police.

Back at home, Steph lay in wait for Ruby. Ruby tried to placate Steph with talk of San Francisco, but she was having none of it. She once again demanded to know the truth – the real truth. “No more lies,” she said, before threatening to go to the police unless her mum came up with a satisfactory story.

Ruby was about to open up when Caleb returned – and confessed to killing Anthony.

    Caleb confessed to killing Anthony

Reeling from Caleb’s confession, Steph reacted as she always did – by blaming her mother. Caleb claimed that he’d brought a gun along to scare Anthony and things had escalated from there.

Copping to shooting Anthony, he told Steph that rage had taken hold and he’d shot the old man. Ever sympathetic, Steph again victim-blamed her mum for the ‘beatings’ – “she was a problem child!”

As Ruby also blamed herself, Caleb tried to reassure Steph that he’d not meant to kill Anthony. She set another ultimatum – he either hand himself in to the police, or she’d do it for him.

He immediately went to comply, strutting to the door in spite of Ruby begging him otherwise. Outside, they shared a heart-wrenching goodbye, neither of them apparently aware that his confession would land her – and everyone else – in just as much trouble.

Returning indoors, she found Steph in a surprisingly reconciliatory mood, even apologising for blaming her mum for being a victim of abuse. Ruby, however, wasn’t done – and finally told her daughter that Anthony had sexually abused her.

Ruby revealed the truth about Anthony’s abuse – and death

Putting two and two together, another bombshell landed as Steph suddenly realised the full truth about her grandfather – that he was, in fact, her father.

As Steph reeled from the news, Ruby tried to reassure her that Caleb would always be her father in every way that mattered. Always consistent, Steph continued to blame Ruby for the situation – this time, not having an abortion when she’d realised she was pregnant with what was likely Anthony’s child.

Another bombshell dropped when Ruby revealed that she’d been the one who killed Anthony. All out in the open, they set off in a desperate attempt to stop Caleb before he could hand himself in.

As it turned out, he was already at the police station. The women arrived just in the nick of time, with Ruby telling him that Steph knew everything. The family returned home, but it’s clear that Steph’s not in a good place. United in grief and trauma, the Fox-Miligans shared a group hug, everything now out in the open.

But where will they go from here?

Vanessa talking to Rhona on the sofa on Emmerdale

Vanessa learned the truth about Mary and Suzy in Emmerdale tonight

Tracy found Vanessa, having not slept all night and still fretting over Suzy’s text messages to Leyla. With Vanessa wrapped up in the mystery of Suzy’s other woman, she had no time for trivial things like the phone bill – which she demanded Tracy pay.

“If it’s someone I know…” Vanessa trailed off, fuming about Suzy’s other woman. As she continued ranting and raving, Tracy begged her to just give up, but Vanessa was determined to find out who Suzy’s mystery kiss was.

At the pub, she questioned Mary, asking her whether she’d ever seen Suzy with anyone suspicious. Mary reassured ‘Nessie’ that she’d meant the world to Suzy.

As Rhona paid a visit, Vanessa shared the news about Suzy’s other woman. It was then that Rhona spotted a piece of jewellery Vanessa had found under the sofa last week, immediately identifying it as her mum’s.

Vanessa’s face dropped as she realised the implication – that Mary was Suzy’s secret love. Rhona poo-pooed the idea, but Vanessa set off to confront Mary.

Over at the Woolpack, she demanded answers – and Mary’s face told her all she needed to know. Ross’s too – he was enjoying every moment as the pair aired their dirty laundry in public.

Mary tried to apologise, but the damage had been done. As Vanessa lashed out, venomous words were shared – and a drink flung in Mary’s face. Back at home, she mourned her own chance to grieve, and attempted to justify her position to Rhona.

April bid farewell to Rebecca in Emmerdale tonight

Rhona got a call telling her that Rebecca’s ashes were ready for collection. She felt guilty for holding the funeral without April, and reassured Marlon about the importance of treading carefully.

They informed April about the ashes, and wondered whether she might want to hold another goodbye or informal ceremony. She was insistent that she didn’t need closure.

But, after a message from April, Marlon later found her walking along the village outskirts with Rebecca’s ashes. He reassured her that there was nothing she couldn’t do, if she set her mind to it. Suggesting she spread the ashes along the stream, father and daughter bid farewell to baby Rebecca.

Down by the stream, she apologised to baby Rebecca, and promised that she’d never forget her daughter. Turning to Marlon for comfort, father and daughter were united for once.

Back home, as Marlon had a kickabout with Leo, April finally broke down, sobbing by herself upstairs.

Dawn and Kim share a tense conversation at Home Farm on Emmerdale
Dawn’s still obsessed with Joe (Credit: ITV)

Kim tried to make Dawn see sense

Dawn and Billy had a rare day off together, and he kicked it off with one of his signature cheese toasties. She was more interested in texting Joe though, and cracked on in spite of his pleas for a phone-free day.

After heading out for lunch together (that cheese toastie’s not too filling, then), Billy was in the mood for afters. However, Dawn only had one thing on her mind – Joe.

As Billy went upstairs to check on baby Evan, Kim congratulated herself on putting their marriage back on track. However, Dawn was quick to let her know that she was still firmly hooked on Joe and that Kim’s machinations had achieved nothing.

Later, Kim continued to try and make Dawn see sense, but she hit back with a curious blend of self-pity and shameless remorselessness. Kim begged her to think of Billy and end things with Joe, but will she listen to reason?

As she continued to text Joe, Dawn rejected Billy’s amorous advances once again. As she headed off to ‘paint the skirting boards,’ Billy pulled out his own phone – and pulled up Manpreet’s now-defunct saucy pictures page.

    Is Billy behind Manpreet’s blackmail?

Pollard had Tracy worried in Emmerdale tonight

In the pub, Mary and Gail gossiped with Pollard about the whole April and Rebecca situation. He shared memories of his first wife, Eileen, with whom he’d had a stillborn son in the 1970s. “You never get over it,” he said, sadly.

Pollard summoned Tracy to see him in the Woolpack. Her fears that he was onto her theft at the shop were for nothing, as it turned out he just wanted to sing her praises for being a rock to him and Jacob.

  • Emmerdale Steph actress Georgia Jay related to on-screen mum Ruby in real-life? We have answers

Emmerdale Steph actress Georgia Jay related to on-screen mum Ruby in real-life? We have answers

Emmerdale stars Beth Cordingly and Georgia Jay have certainly got fans talking as mum and daughter Ruby and Steph Miligan – but are they related in real-life?

With the pair sharing more and more scenes together as Steph finds out the truth about her parentage and Ruby’s abuse, fans can’t help but focus on one thing: how alike they both are.

So is this just a case of excellent casting on the part of Emmerdale? Or are Georgia and Beth related in real life? We have the answers you’ve been looking for.

    Steph’s time in Emmerdale

Ruby and Caleb’s estranged daughter Steph turned up in the village in November last year. She was there for her inheritance from her grandmother and then she was gone for good. Caleb was desperate for her to stay, but it was very clear there was a whole lot of family history to unpack here. And, she was absolutely not over her messy childhood.

When Ruby and Steph then reunited, things were tense. Ruby ended up slapping Steph as things got heated. They managed to make up and Steph agreed to stick around – on the proviso her grandad – Ruby’s estranged father – could stay too.

Ruby was forced to agree, despite it being obvious there was something awful between her and her dad. No one noticed, everyone thought Ruby was sour after Anthony had kicked her out for getting pregnant at 16.

But viewers were sure there was more to it. We eventually had our suspicions confirmed when it was revealed Anthony had sexually abused Ruby. Things got even sicker when we then discovered Anthony and not Caleb was Steph’s biological father.

    Anthony dead in Emmerdale

With Ruby unable to tell her secret torment to anyone, it did all come crashing out when Caleb found the paternity test results and demanded answers.

Soon enough Chas had worked out the truth and Aaron also saw it. Anthony was confronted by several locals, but eventually Aaron lost his temper and beat him to a pulp. He and John later went back and found Anthony was dead.

As John set about doing an expert clean-up, what was then revealed was that in fact Ruby had found her dad alive and finished him off. The Anthony murder club, consisting of Ruby, Caleb, Aaron, John, Chas and Cain have since been determined to cover the death up.

But Steph has demanded answers. And she would not let it go. After insisting she was going to report her parents to the police, the whole horrible truth came out.

But as Steph and Ruby share even more heartbreaking scenes, fans are still distracted by just how alike the pair look.

Steph and Ruby smile together in Emmerdale - but are they related in real life?
This is very good casting (Credit: ITV)

So, are Emmerdale actresses Georgia Jay and Beth Cordingly aka Steph and Ruby related in real life?

One viewer wrote: on social media “Great casting of Steph! She looks just like Ruby!” While another added: “If not related, it’s good the writers found a lookalike actress who can also act like Ruby. She seems just as fiery as her mum, extended family to the Dingles.”

A third asked: “Is the actress who plays Ruby’s daughter any relation to her as the resemblance to Ruby is uncanny?”

A fourth replied to the question: “She even sounds like her.”

    So, are they related?

The answer is no. Steph is played by newcomer Georgia Jay, who has previously had a two-episode role in 2019 BBC drama Giri/Haji. She also had a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it role in Silent Witness.

Beth Cordingly does have a daughter, whose face and name she has never shared since she was a baby.

The actress does regularly give updates on her child on social media, but it is clear her offspring is much younger than Georgia and turned 11 in June 2024.

Beth is dating former Emmerdale star Ian Kelsey, who played Dave Glover on the soap in the 90s. He is not the father of her little girl, that is Beth’s former husband, theatre producer Adam Speers.

What happened in Emmerdale Wednesday March 12: Steph wouldn’t be fobbed off and April got upsetting news from Dylan

In Emmerdale Wednesday, March 12, Steph Miligan confronted her parents about the gun she found in their safe. They were quick to come up with a story, but Steph still had doubts.

Elsewhere, Dylan insisted to Marlon he wanted to see April one last time before heading off to rehab.

Here’s what happened in Emmerdale on March 12.

    Steph demanded answers… again

During Tuesday’s episode, Steph found a gun in her parents’ safe. Wednesday’s episode saw her confront her parents over the discovery.

Ruby was concerned when Caleb revealed that Steph had claimed to have heard from Anthony. Caleb told Ruby not to worry, that he had sorted a distraction for Steph – just as she walked in.

He handed her a flight ticket to San Francisco, so she could go see her brother Nicky. Steph thanked him but said they had stuff to sort out first, before blindsiding her parents by pulling out the gun.

Steph demanded to know if it was used on her grandad. Ruby and Caleb insisted it hadn’t been, before Caleb revealed he’d bought it because he had planned to kill Cain. “I bought the gun and I went to the farm. I was gonna kill him,” he told her. Claimed it was the day after limo crash, but he saw sense and didn’t pull the trigger.

Steph eventually handed the gun back. But later, she stupidly told Ruby she was going to see Cain to check their story.

At the farm, Cain repeated Caleb’s version of events. For good measure and to get Steph on side, he added: “That’s your dad all over. Coward, right?”

After she left, in a surprise to no one, we saw Caleb hiding round the corner.

    Steph and Ross

Steph had a plan in Emmerdale

Caleb told Ruby that he thought they were safe from Steph’s digging now. Ruby couldn’t help but panic that Steph was getting close to the truth though, as she said: “She believes at least one of us killed him. She is right, she just doesn’t know why. And If she ever finds out…”

Caleb insisted that Steph wouldn’t find out. Meanwhile, Steph was in the bar, outlining her next move to Ross Barton.

Steph shared all about the gun she had found and said she now knew Cain was covering for her parents too. She continued to insist that she was right about her parents hiding something.

She then revealed to Ross that she was considering going to the police. Ross was shocked and warned her they’d be no going back if she decided to do that. But Steph wasn’t concerned and told Ross: “If they have killed my grandfather, they deserve to get what’s coming.” Will she go through with it?

Marlon worries Dylan will tell April his secret in Emmerdale
Dylan visited April before heading off to rehab (Credit: ITV)

    Dylan said goodbye to April

Marlon headed to the hospital to pick Dylan up, but was concerned when Dylan asked to see April before going to the rehab facility.

Dylan knows that Marlon really took the ketamine from the surgery and set him up, but he promised he wouldn’t say anything to April.

Marlon reluctantly took Dylan home. April immediately went in on Dylan and pushed him away as she shouted about all the trouble he caused. As she told him he could have cost Rhona her business and that her dad trusted him, a guilty Marlon interrupted to defend Dylan, telling her to go easy on him.

When Dylan revealed he was off to rehab, April eventually calmed down. April was even more surprised that her dad was paying for it – but nobody clocked on that the reason might be guilt.

Dylan told April he didn’t want any visitors. “This is goodbye” he said, before Marlon took him to the centre.

Later, Marlon comforted his daughter as April cried in his arms. Is this the last we’ll see of Dylan or will he return to expose Marlon’s lies?

Manpreet was on edge every time she got a text message, so Ella suggested a distraction. A picnic – in the freezing cold weather…

Manpreet continued to be distracted though and kept looking at her phone.

While sitting at the picnic table, Billy Fletcher run past, before Tracy strolled by on her phone – Is Emmerdale dropping suspects?

Manpreet then got a message which read: “Nice day for a picnic.” Realising that the blackmailer was watching her, Manpreet begun to panic.

Is it Tracy or Billy, or someone else?

    Vanessa discovered Suzy had cheated

Mary went to see Vanessa, who was visibly upset. She told Mary she was looking through Suzy’s phone. No good can ever come of that, Vanessa.

Vanessa showed Mary a chat conversation between Suzy and Leyla where Suzy said she was having doubts and was thinking of leaving Vanessa. A reply from Leyla read: “Don’t throw your life away over a stupid kiss.”

There was no mention of who Suzy had kissed, but when Tracy arrived, she said they just had to discover who Leyla and Suzy were talking about and ask them for the full story. Will they discover Mary’s secret?

Steph is going to the police – so will Caleb and Ruby ‘get what’s coming’ in Emmerdale?

Steph Miligan is like a dog with a bone in Emmerdale at the moment as she refuses to believe any explanation over her grandad’s whereabouts. Tonight (Wednesday March 12) she decided to go to the police to get them to investigate her mum and dad.

So, is it all over for the Anthony murder club?

What happened in Emmerdale tonight: Steph vowed to report her parents

Let’s back up a bit. Steph has been leading a one-woman search party for her grandad, Anthony Fox, since he went missing earlier this year. Viewers know Anthony is dead and buried in the woods. Caleb, Ruby, Aaron, John, Cain, Chas and Moira also know this. But Steph doesn’t and she suspects they all know more than they’re letting on.

To be fair, she’s right, so it’s no wonder she’s not giving up. And after she discovered Caleb’s gun last night (Tuesday March 11) she was sure it had something to do with Anthony’s disappearance (talk about putting two and two together).

Caleb insisted it was to kill Cain with. Steph confirmed the story with her uncle, and fortunately Caleb had got to Cain first and he backed it up.

But stubborn Steph STILL didn’t believe them all. She declared to Ross she was going to report her parents to the police so they could: “get what’s coming”.

    And what is coming, exactly?

Caleb and Ruby look worried on Emmerdale

Do Ruby and Caleb get arrested in Emmerdale?

The pressure is certainly on Caleb and Ruby tomorrow night. Ross hotfoots it to the Depot to warn Caleb what Steph is planning. Caleb goes into full crisis mode determined to stop Steph once and for all.

Actress Georgia Jay has revealed Steph will continue to hunt for the truth. “So I think it’s one of those things where she doesn’t know what else to do, or who she can trust. It’s all closing in on her because she’s thinking who’s involved, who’s lying, who’s not, who’s covering up.”

Steph is going to find out the truth very soon – it’s the only way Ruby and Caleb can stay out of prison. And the truth will shatter Steph completely.

Next week, spoilers reveal Steph and Caleb are on edge at work. It suggests Caleb has not been arrested, but does Steph now know the truth?

And there’s more trouble round the corner when Jai thinks they are not pulling their weight at the Depot. A simple mention of Anthony also makes things uneasy and Jai’s got the bit between his teeth now as he resolves to get to the truth.

Will he find out before Steph? Or will Caleb shut him down too?

  • Steph to go down for Anthony’s murder after gun move? This fan theory thinks so

Steph to go down for Anthony’s murder after gun move? This fan theory thinks so

In last night’s episode of Emmerdale (March 11) Steph found Caleb’s gun during her search for Anthony. And now fans fear that one discovery could result in a bad outcome for Steph.

Ever since Anthony disappeared, Steph has been on the hunt for him. And she doesn’t seem to be put off by anything. Every scene she is in seems to be connected to her looking for Anthony. But so far this week, she has gotten extremely close to the truth.

Despite how adamant Steph is to find him, Caleb and Ruby are keen to keep the truth a secret. However, last night Steph found the gun Caleb was going to kill him with. So how will they get out of that one? Well, a new fan theory predicts that Steph just put herself right in the frame.

Steph confronts Ruby and Caleb in Emmerdale
Steph refuses to give up on the truth (Credit: ITV)

    What happened to Anthony?

Viewers know that Anthony was murdered by his daughter Ruby, after he sexually assaulted her when she was young.

But she isn’t the only one involved in the murder cover-up. Aaron initially believed he was the one who took the final punch on Anthony, and so John covered it up. Then Caleb was preparing to cover-up for Ruby. On top of that now Cain, Chas and Moira are all in on it. So if the truth comes out, a lot of people will be facing the consequences.

It was only recently that John even told them all where Anthony’s body is (if you believe him). And Ruby has been taking trips out there quite a lot. So much so that Steph even followed her one day.

Despite being told by Ross that she should quit looking, Steph remained determined. And it paid off for her as she entered the correct code for the safe and found the gun.

    Steph in Emmerdale

Emmerdale Steph in the frame for the murder?

But fans believe her lifting the gun out without any gloves may actually result in her becoming the number one suspect in the case.

One fan took to X to propose the theory. They wrote: “Steph will now be in the frame for murder now that she has picked up the gun. Stupid woman.”

While it would be unlikely she would go down for murder if no body is found. And if they find Anthony they should be able to determine he wasn’t shot to death.

However, if she brings the gun straight to the police, her finger prints are all over it. So while they have nothing else to go on, Steph may just make herself look very guilty.

She may argue that she is the one who has been looking for him, and constantly going to the police to report him missing. But perhaps it could be thrown back that all along she was the one who murdered him.

Perhaps she should make the decision to not go to the police about her parents after all…

Viewers know that Anthony was suffocated to death by Ruby, and Caleb helped her cover up the crime.  Aaron, John, Cain and Chas are also in on Ruby’s killer secret and are aware that Anthony was Steph’s real father.

Steph’s suspicions continue to mount when she recieves a call from one of Anthony’s friends saying he missed their arranged meeting. It also hasn’t escaped her notice how on edge Ruby is.

Intrigued by her mum’s fraught behaviour, Steph decides it’s time to do some digging.

Shocked, Caleb finds Steph rooting through his office for clues on Anthony’s whereabouts. Realising that she’s onto him and Ruby, Caleb acts by enlisting Ross’s help. He instructs the Barton bad boy to put a stop to Steph’s mission, but it may already be too late.

Inside Beth Cordingly’s life off-screen as real-life soap partner declares his ‘pride’ over her ‘great work’

Beth Cordingly, who currently plays Ruby Fox-Miligan in Emmerdale regularly keeps fans updated with her life outside of the soap.

At the minute, Ruby has been embroiled in a huge abuse storyline after her father returned to her life. The actress has been thrown into the emotional storyline, and fans have applauded her.

And it seems, away from the screens, her soap partner is also extremely proud of her. So what is Beth’s life away from the Dales like? Well, lets have a look.

    Beth Cordingly’s life before Emmerdale

Before she graced our screens as Ruby, Beth was best known for her role as PC Kerry Young in The Bill. She played the part for two years, from 2002 to 2004.

After completing a degree in English and Drama at the University of Birmingham, alongside taking part in the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art, she went on to make numerous TV appearances.

She has popped up in shows like Doctors, Casualty and Secret Diary of a Call Girl – where she starred alongside Billie Piper.

Is Emmerdale star Beth Cordingly in a relationship?

It’s reported that in 2011 Beth married theatre producer Adam Speers, but five years later the couple went their separate ways.

Despite this, they co-parent a daughter, who is now 11 years old.

Beth has found love again. And it’s with someone well known to the Emmerdale community.

Ian Kelsey, who previously played Dave Glover on the soap until his character’s death in 1997.

It’s believed that Beth and Ian actually met years ago, but it wasn’t until 2021 that they reconnected and fell in love.

The couple currently do long-distance, as he travels for his acting gigs. But Beth takes to social media to quite frequently share Facetime photos gushing about her beau.

What has Ian said about Beth’s current Emmerdale storyline?

Beth has been at the centre of a huge emotional storyline in Emmerdale for the last few months.

Ruby’s father arrived to the village, and it was revealed that he had sexually abused her and was the biological dad to her daughter. Then in a huge twist, Ruby murdered him.

Fans have praised Beth for her skills lately. But it seems her biggest fan may be Ian.

Speaking to Inside Soap last month, Ian admitted he couldn’t be prouder of Beth.

He said: “She is doing such great work. And it’s a deep, dark storyline. She has had to step up to the plate. And her workload has been huge but she is doing a brilliant job. I am so proud of her.”

    Is Beth leaving Emmerdale?

As Ruby’s powerful storyline continues, fans are left with the fear that she may be leaving the show. Especially as she has committed murder.

But as of right now, there have been no reports that suggest Beth’s time on Emmerdale may be coming to an end.

And in our opinion, her recent storyline has proved that she is a true asset to the show. So, we hope she stays for a long time.

  • Ruby’s time may be running out in Emmerdale according to this fan theory

Ruby’s time may be running out in Emmerdale according to this fan theory

In Emmerdale Ruby killed her dad at the end of January, and since then the secret has been a ticking time bomb.

After Anthony arrived back into her life, it was revealed that he had sexually abused her when she was younger. And while she tried to hide the truth from Caleb, when Ruby realised Steph was actually Anthony’s it all came tumbling out.

It didn’t take long for other Dingles to hear about it and all of them immediately wanted to make the vile man pay. But after a week of wondering who would take the final blow, it was revealed to have been Ruby. And now fans think it’s only a matter of time before she is caught.

Emmerdale Ruby to be caught, predicts fan theory

Slowly more and more people kept being dragged into the murder cover-up. And now that John has revealed where he put Anthony’s body, Ruby seems to be struggling to cope.

A new fan theory suggests that she will inevitably be caught for the murder, especially if things keep going the way they are.

Taking to X, a viewer theorised: “I think Ruby’s chances of getting away with killing Anthony are quickly slipping away.”

If this turns out to be the case, then could we be saying goodbye to Ruby on our screens? Or will the Dingles put their differences aside and work together to get her off with it?

How would the truth come out?

Well there still are a whole lot of loose ends that could lead to the truth getting out. One of which is Steph.

Steph was Anthony’s biggest defender, and while she doesn’t know that he is her biological dad, she is determined to find him no matter what. Ever since he went missing, she has known her parents are hiding something. However, with the recent revelation of Cain and Ruby’s one-night stand, they tried to use that to cover up the reality.

But she isn’t one to let things go. And so if she continues to press on it, will the truth come out?

Of course, another way it could all explode is if Ruby loses control and confesses. In last night’s episode (February 27) she kept going back to where Anthony’s body supposedly is.

She admitted to Caleb that she doesn’t know how to cope with it, and that she feels guilty. So could the guilt bring out the truth?

It remains to be seen if anyone will ever discover the body, but we hope whatever happens that we don’t lose Ruby!
